Hours of Operation:
The Vacation Care Program operates between 8am and 6pm each day
of the school term break. It
also runs during the fortnight before the school starts for the year.
Children must be signed into the signing book each day and
signed out when collected. A
late fee applies after 6.00pm and is $5 for the first ten minutes,
then $1 for each minute thereafter. Registration and
Details: All
families must complete a registration form to attend the program.
If you have already registered for the Before and After Care
Program, make sure that you supply any updated details including
medical notes, emergency contacts, address and work numbers as is
necessary. If your child
has any medicine they require, please issue a note including your
consent for staff to issue medication and clear instructions for its
use. Our
permission forms must be read, signed and returned when you book any
session. Bookings, Fees &
Payment: All
fees must be paid at the time of booking.
We have a no-refund policy for cancelled bookings.
All regular Care Program fees must be settled before we can
accept a booking. If you
pay via internet banking, your fees must be paid on the day or your
booking is subject to cancellation.
The Vacation Care Program has 30 places available, so please
book early to avoid disappointment. Each
session is $30.00 with excursion days being $38.00 Childcare Benefit
is applicable. You
must also read and fill-in our consent form before your booking can be

fees and then family name Childcare Benefit You may also be eligible for Childcare Benefit (CCB). This can reduce the cost per session or allow you to claim a bulk reduction at the end of the financial year. To register for CCB you will need to contact Centrelink on 13 61 50 and apply over the phone. You will need our service operator code which is 407 288 432 J. If we don’t receive your Childcare Benefit by the time of the booking, you will be charged at the full, normal rate, so please be sure to inform Centrelink early. Excursions:
All children need to be at the program by 9am on excursion
days. You must supply any
alternative contact numbers you may have on an excursion day.
Make sure your child is dressed appropriately for the day.
Please do not give your child spending money. Also,
put any lunches labelled into a plastic bag (no-lunch boxes) for
excursion days or any days where we have a local excursion.
Lunch:
Children
need a morning snack, their lunch and an afternoon snack.
No food (other than cooking activities) will be provided by the
Vacation Program. As we cater for children with nut allergies, please refrain from giving your child products containing nuts (such as nutella, satay or sweets containing nuts). Vacation
