All contractors are required to complete a school based induction.

This includes the following:

• signing the Contractor OHS Induction Checklist
• read and sign Child Safe Code of Conduct
• read and sign Child Safety Induction and Confidentiality Agreement
• provide the office with your Public Liability, industries licenses and Working With Children Check.

All volunteers and helpers require an up to date Working With Children Check. Please complete the attached form and provide your check to the school office staff.
